Cooling Ragi koool! Taste it!


I had burning sensation always with my body. Though I drank good amount of water, I still faced the problem. I tried this magic food which made my stomach so cool throughout. I am not writing for advertisement but I like to share this different taste(really different and cool than pepsi or maaza)

Drink this in the early morning for very good refreshment or in the afternoon for a cooling afternoon.


Step 1: Take 1/2 cup of ragi flour and mix it with 1/2 cup of water.

Step 2: Boil 2 cups of water with required salt.

Step 3: When the water is hot, add the mixed ragi flour into it. Stir it well until it becomes a mild paste. 

That's it. Over. Please, now don't taste it. It won't taste well and you may scold me.

Step 4: After it gets cool, take 1.5 cup of curd and blend it well in the mixie with salt. Add another 1.5 cup of water to it to get a good butter milk

Step 5 : Blend the butter milk with ragi paste. Make sure the paste is not hot! Kool is ready.. Wait don't taste.

Step 6: Cut small onion into small pieces and add the pieces into the kool. Taste it a little. Check 'salt is ok', uh?.. Now share it with your family members and enjoy the day


Benefit : Ragi is rich in calcium. If you drink this kool daily, you will get better bones and teeth. Any how, some factors prevent us from to taste this daily like busy schedule, laziness, no curd or no ragi powder... What to do ?? Just preplan if possible and try to wake in the morning before your family members do and serve them once they wake up. The preparator must drink 2 cups daily, only then you can maintain your health and youngness. Cheers..
